COUNCIL - Bishop’s Frome and Fromes Hill Parish Council meets at Fromes Hill Church at 7.30pm on Tuesday. All parishioners are welcome. There is a vacancy for a councillor, ideally to represent Fromes Hill. For details, call parish clerk Martin Field on 01432 820074 or email parishclerk@ymail.com.
Meeting on June 28, the majority of councillors agreed to comply with the provisions of the Localism Act. They went on to agree to the purchase of a lawnmower for local use following the end of a grass cutting contract.
