SUMMER FETE - The Bishops Frome Jubilee summer fete will be held on the sports ground from 2.30pm Saturday. All the usual stalls plus a flower arrangement tent, Sumo wrestling and pony rides. Lindy Houghton would appreciate offers of help on the day, plus donations of cakes, bottles, books, sandwiches and flower arrangements. These will be auctioned. Contact number 01885 490648. SINGING FOR FUN - Singing for Fun is taking a summer break. The next session in the village centre will be on August 31, and it should be noted that the first Friday in September clashes with the Bromyard Folk Festival.
