Aymestrey and Leinthall Earls church service, Diamond Jubilee, parish council

CHURCH SERVICE - This weekend is Rogation Sunday and the service will take place at Hall Farm, Leinthall Earls, at 11am.

DIAMOND JUBILEE - The organising committee for the Aymestrey parish Diamond Jubilee celebration will meet at Corner Cottage on May 29 at 10.30am. This will be the last meeting before the celebration event which will take place at Gatley on June 4.

The beacon at the celebrations will be part of a network of more than 4,000 to be lit by communities and others throughout the UK, along with the Commonwealth and UK overseas territories to celebrate the jubilee.

PARISH COUNCIL - The annual parish council meeting is on May 30 at 8pm in Aymestrey Village Hall.
