Almeley village hall closed for maintenance work

HALL - Almeley Village Hall is currently closed for maintenance work after a grant from the Big Lottery Fund. It should re-open in time for the Almeley Village weekend which starts on August 18. Leading up to this and continuing until the end of the month, a scarecrow trail can be found around the village.
To enter the competition, for which a prize of £20 has been sponsored by the Bells Inn, obtain a forms from Roz Hughes on 01544 340227. Andrew Easton of BBC Hereford and Worcester will judge the competition.
