JUBILEE - The village hall committee and parish council will be holding a bring-andshare street party outside the village hall on Saturday at 3pm, to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Previous street parties have been very successful with the whole community coming together, so everyone is asked to repeat this success.
FERNEY COUNTRY INN - The former Lion Inn at Woonton re-opened on May 23, Wednesdays to Sundays, serving home cooked food and with coffee and cakes available at all times.
