Bredwardine and Brobury art in the church, 100 club and cake and produce market

ART IN THE CHURCH - On Saturday from 11am-4pm there will be a number of local artists and craftsmen demonstrating and displaying their work. These include stained glass, painting, woodwork, jewellery, pottery, fly-tying, quilting, tapestry, lino-cutting, and there will also be a chance to have a go at bell-ringing from 2pm. Entry is free, and there will be tea, coffee and cakes. All donations to the church will be most welcome.

100 CLUB - At the Friends of St Andrew’s 100 Club draw Dave and Sarah drew the winning numbers and after 38 draws are still waiting to win on the night. First prize, £50 number 16, Dennis Price; 2nd, £25, 50 Eric Probert; 3rd, £15, 28, Andrew Pearce; 4th, £10, Sandy Strang. Next month’s draw will be on March 1 at 8pm in the Red Lion. CAKE AND PRODUCE MARKET - Tomorrow (Friday) from 10am until noon at Bredwardine and Brobury Village Hall, buy local produce, home baked cakes, jams, crafts, etc. £1 fee to sellers for a table.
