Bromyard man dies after fall onto garden post

A MAN from Bromyard has died after he fell from a ladder onto a metal garden post over the weekend.
Police said it has been categorised as a sudden death, and the coroner had therefore been notified, but the man was yet to be formally identified. An inquest is expected to open later this week.
The 62 year-old was airlifted to hospital in Birmingham with chest and abdominal injuries on Saturday morning at around 10.30am.
A community first responder, rapid response vehicle, land ambulance and the County Air Ambulance attended.
