A COUNTRY garden near Bromyard is using flower power to help a Marches-based charity.
Moors Meadow is opening its doors to the public this Sunday (Aug 10) for a day of flowers, music, foods and arts.
Billed as a “Hot Day in August” the event promises sizzling fun for all the family, with proceeds going to St Michael’s Hospice.
The seven-acre garden off the B4214 has stunning views over the Kyre Valley and rarely-seen plants due to a unique microclimate.
Live entertainment is being laid on, with local artists like Foxtail Soup, Tipsy Jazz and comedy poet Ken Crowther all appearing.
Refreshments will be served throughout the event between 11am and 5pm, with tickets priced £4 for adults, £1 for children.
