A BROMYARD organisation is offering free advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle.
The award-winning HOPE Family Centre has secured funding for a range of free courses this autumn.
Courses include the PCT-funded Goodness Project, which aims to introduce families to healthy food and exercise. The course runs from October to December, and offers cookery lessons, gardening sessions, and visits to local producers.
The Centre on Cruxwell Street will continue running basic skills courses and English-speaking classes throughout the day.
A training open day takes place from 10am to 7pm on 1 September. For more information, contact HOPE on 01885 488495.
