Philanthropist opens garden for charity

A HEREFORDSHIRE businessman and philanthropist is opening his garden to the public to raise charity funds.

Clive Richards is showing off his five acre garden at Lower Hope, Ullingswick, on July 15.

He is holding the special event for Perennial, a charity that provides respite to gardeners in adversity or need.

The garden is one of Herefordshire’s finest, and includes rose walks, exotic orchids, and a Mediterranean garden.

Tickets are priced £30, to include a picnic lunch,and are available from perennial.org.uk or by calling 0845 676 0636.
