Pair arrested on suspicion of fraud

A MAN and a woman have been arrested on suspicion of fraud.
The pair, who live near Ross-on-Wye, were questioned by detectives last week and released on police bail pending further enquiries.
Detective Inspector Martyn Barnes, of Hereford CID, told the Hereford Times that one of those arrested was Mel Yates.
