Hereford’s Sean Denny has gone from dreaming about being a DJ at the old Crystal Rooms to setting up his own record label through Sony Music.

Sean has a three year contract with the music giants and has total freedom on what he can do on the dance label Space + Time Records.

““It is a dream come true to have my own record label and it shows what you can achieve with a bit of enthusiasm,” said Sean.

The deal culminates a whirlwind ride for the 31-year-old former Kingstone High School student that began with a dream on the dance floor of the Crystal Rooms 11 years ago.

His first track being released through with Space + Time Records is by UK garage legend Wookie and features Rachel K Collier. The song, 2 Us, is currently getting airplay on BBC Radio 1 and will be available for download on July 16.
