Two house fires in Herefordshire

FIREFIGHTERS have been called to two house fires in Herefordshire this afternoon.
Two crews from Hereford were called to Lower Eggleton, near the Newtown crossroads on the A4103, shortly before 2.25pm, while a crew from Kingsland and one from Fownhope were sent to Canon Pyon 30 minutes later.
Both fires involved a boiler and elderly occupants at both properties were treated for the effects of smoke inhalation.
