Thirty-two new apartments are to built on the former site of an old people’s complex in Hereford.
Marches Housing is behind the development of the old Highmore Court site in Westfields after buying the site from Jephson Homes Housing Association.
The privately financed redevelopment will provide 32 two-bedroomed apartments with six homes designed specifically for people with disabilities.
Work is due to start next month.
