THE closing date for The Face of Fit, the exciting competition launched last month by Herefordshire Society in conjunction with FIT, Hereford's leading stockist of cutting-edge fashion, to find two young models to be the Faces of Fit has been extended to Thursday, May 24.
The search is on to find two young models to be the Face of FIT for 2012, so if you’re 16 or over and think you’ve got what it takes, or if you think your friend/daughter/niece or next-door-neighbour could be the next Face of FIT, we want to know.
“It’s really been life-changing for me,” says Emily, one of last year's two winners. "I was working in a bar when I entered and I’d still be there if I hadn’t won the competition. I’ve got a new job, new friends and a new outlook on life”.
Samai and Emily are living proof that you have to be in it to win it, and as Samai says: “You have absolutely nothing to lose,and a whole bunch to gain, so why not? I’d do it all again.”
Luke Conod, MD of FIT, is equally enthusiastic about the competition.
“The number and standard of entrants were really high and it was tough to pick our final models but it was a fantastic opportunity for us to find local talent to star in our marketing,” he said.
