Race for Life rallying call issued in Hereford today

Rosie Moreland, Kim Stillman, Kelly Rumble and Danielle Stringer issue a rallying call in Hereford for women to join the Race for Life.
A RALLYING call is being issued today in Hereford to women to join the Race for Life.
Event manager Kelly Rumble and volunteers clad in pink are urging shoppers to join the fight against all cancers by entering the Cancer Research UK event which takes place on Sunday July 15 at Hereford Racecourse.
The Race for Life, in partnership with Tesco, raises millions of pounds every year for life-saving research by encouraging women to walk, jog or run 5km.
Kelly Rumble, Cancer Research UK’s Hereford events manager, said: “Race for Life is not about being fast or fit. Instead, it’s a celebration of sisterhood and hope.
“Most women are able to walk 5k in an hour while chatting and having fun."
