A FAMILY is growing increasingly worried for the welfare of a father-of-three.

Michael Ellis, from Tupsley, Hereford, went on a bus trip to France last week.

But he did not return home when they party made their way back on Friday.

The 37-year-old support worker, originally from Hunderton, spoke to his wife Sarah on Monday morning but has not made contact since.

"It was our son's birthday yesterday and he did not call so I am really worried about him," explained Sarah.

"He was really distressed when he called on Monday morning and did not seem to have much of any idea where he was or how he could get home."
