A DRUG dubbed as lethal is on sale in Hereford – but the shop selling mephedrone is doing nothing illegal.
Police in Sweden and West Sussex have blamed the substance for the death of two teenagers. Yet the drug is freely available in at least one city outlet – because it is classified as a “plant food”.
