Raising a glass or two to Hereford-based charity, Little Princess Trust

REVELLERS can party the night away at a popular Hereford venue safe in the knowledge they are helping a county charity.

The Left Bank, on Bridge Street, has launched a special cocktail with £1 from each sale going to the Little Princess Trust.

The drink, called Little Princess, features vodka, a strawberry liqueur and Creme de Cacoa, has a bright pink appearance, matching the corporate colour of the trust, and is served with a chocolate butterfly to match its logo. It will feature on the Left Bank’s cocktail menu and will remain a house special on future menus.

The Little Princess Trust is a Hereford-based charity providing wigs and hairpieces to children who have suffered hair loss through cancer treatment. It has raised more than £100,000 since the Hereford Times helped launch an appeal last summer to raise £130,000.

The money would allow the charity to create a local store of wigs to be set up, cutting waiting times for the children.
