Woodland searched for missing woman

A SEARCH operation is currently underway near Symonds Yat after a woman was reported missing.
Fire officers from two counties have spent the evening searching woodland and caves south of the Wye and Ferrie Inn.
The alarm was raised last evening after the woman's empty car was found near woodland.
Alec Mackie, fire service press officer, said officers from Whitchurch were helping with the search.
An aerial platform from Hereford is also being used.
