Hereford youngsters get healthy

YOUNG people from Herefordshire dusted off their trainers last week as part of a healthy living project.
More than 40 youngsters attended Hereford Leisure Centre, where they took part in 22 different sports, including archery and self defence classes.
The afternoon, organised by Leominster Foyer, a housing scheme run by Herefordshire Supported Housing for Young People (SHYPP), aimed to encourage young people to exercise.
