TWO people were taken to hospital following a collision on a county road yesterday.
Ambulance crews, including the County Air Ambulance, were called to the A4103 at Bishops Frome at around 2pm after three vehicles had been involved in a collision.
West Midlands Ambulance Service press officer Chris Kowalik said: “On arrival, crews found two people who were injured following the collision. “One, a man in his early twenties, had a minor head wound and was already out his vehicle.”
“He was taken by land ambulance to Hereford County Hospital.
“A woman in her thirties had been trapped in her car. She had a cut to her head and a possible injury to her spine.
“As a precaution, crews immobilised her using a spinal board and neck collar before flying her to the hospital.”
