Tillington accident victim named

POLICE have released the name of an 18-year-old man who died in a road accident last week.
Kieran Powell, who was 18-years-old, died in the accident at Tillington, near Hereford, at around 3am on Thursday May 8.
Mr Powell, who was born in Hereford, was a former pupil at St Mary’s High and also attended Hereford's Sixth Form College for a short period.
He split his time between his parents and was living with his father at Tillington.
