SIX fire engines tackled a severe house fire in Staunton-on-Arrow during the weekend.
The firefighters were called at 1.40am on Saturday morning to the two storey black and white house in the north-west of the county.
Crews from Kingsland, Leominster, Kington, Eardisley, Leintwardine and Presteigne tackled the fire using main jets and hose reel jets.
