A MAN has been charged after more than 35 lambs were killed in a suspected dog attack near Leominster.
Charles Ross-Robertson, 64, from Stanton Lacy, Ludlow, has been charged with being the owner of a dog worrying livestock, two counts of being the owner/person in charge of a dog being dangerously out of control in a public place and being in possession of an offensive weapon in public place.
He is due to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on December 15.
It follows an incident at a farm in Risbury, near Leominster, on Friday, September 2, when a number of lambs were injured or killed.
