A 24-YEAR-old was caught drug-driving after his plans fell through.
Luke Cook of Hagley Park, Bartestree was stopped by police on August 8 and had 3.9mg of the chemical compound of cannabis in his system- the legal limit is 2mg.
He pleaded guilty to drug-driving at Herefordshire Magistrates Court.
Chris Read, defending, said Cook had been at a friend's house in Hereford and had intended to stay the night but left after his friend argued with their partner.
He was fined £250 and ordered to pay £135 costs and a £30 victim surcharge. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
