A HEREFORD man man convicted after a trial of sexual assault on three women has been jailed for 10 months at Worcester Crown Court.
Karl Davies, 54, of Percival Street, Westfields, was also ordered to sign as a sex offender for 10 years.
Defence barrister, Jason Aris, also revealed to the court that Davies had been sacked from his job "for bringing his employer into disrepute."
He said that Davies had been married for 26 years and had worked industriously since he was 17.
He would find it hard to be gainfully employed again.
Judge Abbas Mithani, who rejected a submission that the custody sentence could be suspended, read letters from the victims on how they had been affected.
One said she had been unable to work for five months and still suffered pain and panic attacks when she was on holiday.
Another said she was unable to sleep at night and had been traumatised.
But the judge said Davies had been found guilty to behaving inappropriately and he had taken in account Davis's expressions of remorse and apology.
