A PLATE painted and designed by Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond made £245 at auction for St Michael's Hospice.
The TV star, who lives in Weston under Penyard, printed his hand on the plate when he went to pottery painting studio, Glazydayz, in Ledbury.
Lynn Lagor, a partner at the studio, asked him to design the plate for the charity when he popped into the studio with his family.
It went to auction at the weekend and made £245.
