READERS have a chance to test their senses and dine in the dark at a unique event in Hereford.
The Dine in the Dark experience, hosted by the Royal National College for the Blind, takes place on Friday February 6 at Gardner Hall on Venns Lane.
The three-course mean will include a hot main course – but that is about all guests will know until they smell and taste the food for themselves.
It will offer a small glimpse of what it is like to live in the non-sighted world.
Special dietary needs can be catered for if people let the college know in advance and seating will be in tables of 10.
Tickets cost £30 per person and are available from Nicola Smith on 01432 376 340 or by emailing info@rnc.ac.uk
The evening will also include a charity auction and every penny made will go to the college.
