A HEREFORD hospice is giving fans of a popular singer the chance to get up close and personal with their hero.
St Michael's Hospice has been donated four VIP tickets to see tenor Alfie Boe perform in Cardiff next month.
The passes include the chance to meet the popular performer before he goes on stage at the Motorpoint Arena in the Welsh capital on December 13.
The ticket holders will also receive a two-course buffet meal, top priced seats in the front four rows to watch the show, an exclusive item of tour merchandise and early priority entry.
The gifts have been donated by the Bartestree-based hospice's community and events fundraising assistant, Nicki Lloyd and her family.
The four tickets have a total face value of £842.11 and will be sold to the person with the highest bid of over £400.
To make a bid email chris.smart@st-michaels-hospice.org.uk or call Mr Smart or Rachel Entwisle at the hospice on 01432 85100.
The closing date for bids is 12 noon on December 5.
The hospice says that to comply with the ticket company's terms and conditions the highest bid that can be accepted is the face value of the tickets. If there are two or more bidders matching this price the tickets will go to the person who put their bid in first.
