A COUNTY National Trust property will be stepping back in time to celebrate harvest this weekend (Saturday 27 and Sunday 27).

Croft Castle and Parkland, near Leominster is holding a ‘Wartime harvest’ weekend – continuing its four year-long project to mark the centenary of the First World War.

Visitors will have the chance to learn about the struggle of a wartime harvest, with demonstrations and activities using traditional methods.

Normal admission prices will apply.
