Paramedics were called to the A438 at Willersley
A MAN has died after his car was in collision with a lorry on the A438 at Willersley.
Two ambulance crews, a BASICS emergency doctor from MARS (Mercia Accident Rescue Service), a paramedic area support officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance were all called just after 2.55pm.
The driver of the car was freed from his vehicle and there were prolonged attempts to revive him.
But, he was confirmed dead at the scene by paramedics.
The lorry driver was uninjured.
