John Faulkner of Aylestone Hill, Hereford, says best buildings of the last 60 years

TO mark Diamond Jubilee year the autumn edition of Hereford Civic Society’s news sheet HCS News will include a special supplement on what people feel are the 60 best buildings and projects built in Hereford over the last 60 years.

HCS wants to identify the buildings or projects which the citizens of Hereford feel have contributed most to life in the city and have made it a better place to live in.

It could be its architecture, the facilities it has provided or the improvements that it has brought to living in the city.

HCS would like your views. Send your nomination, preferably with not more than 30 words on the reasons for your choice to John Faulkner, Flat 4, The Point, Aylestone Hill, HR1 1GW or jfaulkner@talktalk.net not later than August 31.

JOHN FAULKNER, Aylestone Hill, Hereford.

Can't think of many. I suppose the hospital is one building which has contributed the most to its citizens.
