Ledbury torch bearer Katherine says thank you

Thanks, everyone I WOULD like to say a huge “thank you” to everybody who helped make my day even more special when I carried the Olympic Torch through Ledbury.

The time and effort that must have been put in is greatly appreciated and the people of and around Ledbury created a fantastic atmosphere making it the best day of my life.

As I am not local I was overwhelmed by the amount of support given. I think that the primary schools involved did a great job cheering me on so I owe a massive thanks to them as well.

I am sure that everyone would agree; that day was special for everybody there and will stick in people's minds. From now on I will always think of Ledbury with fond memories and will happily return any day.
