Miss Ann Rooke of Little Birch, Hereford, says hospital team does hard job very well

I FELT I had to write to tell you about the experience I have had whilst undergoing treatment at Hereford County Hospital.

In January I was referred by my doctor to the hospital where a doctor diagnosed an aortic condition.

He was so considerate because of the shock it gave me, I cannot thank him enough for his patience.

Since that diagnosis I have had numerous appointments in lung function and the cardio unit and I must say my treatment has been first class.

All the staff from receptionists, nurses and doctors have been very kind and supportive and I wish to express my thanks and give praise where praise is due.

They do a hard job and I do not think they realise how much it is appreciated.
