Jenny Maxwell, secretary, Hereford Peace Council, thinks it a sad use of county skills and talent

IT is desperately sad that Herefordshire is ignoring its natural rural assets and turning instead to the manufacture of weapons, to kill, maim and supress peoples across the world.

Could the county not take a lead in turning swords into ploughshares, rather than doing the reverse?

JENNY MAXWELL, Secretary, Hereford Peace Council.
