Geraldine Bezant of Breinton Lee thinks shutting of car park gates is annoying

I HAVE never written a letter of complaint before, but I am so angry and annoyed at the sudden closure of both exits from the Maylord Orchard car park.
This makes shopping much more difficult and also, surely, is a danger in case of fire or accidents in the car park.
Obviously Maylord Orchard managers have decided they will get more business if folk have to walk through the complex. But this sudden locking of the gates is very inconvenient and highly annoying.
What can be done to make them change their minds?
