Chris Hinsley of Leominster offers praise where it's due for pothole repairs

I KNOW that the Herefordshire roads are in a terrible state after all the frost damage.
But I would like to praise Herefordshire Council highways department for its efforts.
I reported severe damage to Ryelands Road in Leominster. Their reply was prompt and courteous and the emergency repairs were carried the next day.
If we don’t report the road damage, we can’t expect the council to carry out repairs.
