What's happened to Herefordshire's heritage?

WOULD Herefordshire Council enlighten me as to why “save our heritage” has mysteriously been deleted from council headed notepaper? Do they deem this is no longer relevant or is it due to the “cover up” of the Rotherwas ribbon? The public relations department advised me that they have been told to delete it but even they do not know why.
