When the Bluebirds last played in the final

WITH reference to the Cup Final 2008. I was taken by my father to see the Cup Final at the (new) Wembley Stadium when Cardiff City won the FA Cup 81 years ago.
The Arsenal goalkeeper (a Welshman named Lewis) saved a shot but the ball slipped from his grasp and rolled a few inches over the goal line. This was the only score. ARTHUR MUFFETT, Karen Court, Dilwyn. (I am 100 years old).
