I want to write concerning the recent approval of £27,000,000 project due to complete 2022 & 2027 ( by which time this will be more like £35,000,000)
How is this a relief to traffic going through the city? This is purely a relief road between Ross Road and A465 Belmont to Abergavenny Road.
There already exists a route which most locals use from either top of the Callow or at the Garage at the bottom of the callow to Belmont or Tram –Inn. I realise this is not a perfect solution, but it does help,
perhaps by widening the road it could be used and save the funds for a proper relief road between Worcester Road A465 and Rotherwas Ind. Est. Which would reduce traffic in the City Centre
Most Hereford folk have lived with the promise for a by-pass and this is the solution you have come up with???
Dear oh dear..
Also I would like to know, why the traffic lights on the A438 has taken 2 months before Balfour Beatty have decided to start work there ? 1st time seeing anyone on site today 14th June 2016-06-14.
