HAVING spent all my childhood years brought up at Mahollam and Huntington, I found your article on Winston Churchill’s visits, (Hereford Times, March 17), very interesting. On June 3, 1942 my twin brother (Ted) and myself were born at Huntington Park Cottage. My sister Rona remembers that a few days later we received a visit from Mrs Romilly – Churchill’s sister in law- she had walked over a field ad through a wood in the dark very late at night. She presented my mother with two romper suits for Ted and myself. She visited us on many occasions afterwards. I have lots of good memories of these early days at Malhollam and Hungtington.
