• Herefordshire Festival of Sport is now recruiting volunteers to assist with this year’s festival on the September 19-20. Roles include; course preparation and set-up, race marshals, security, festival stewards and clean-up volunteers.
  •  The RAF Association is looking for fundraisers and a fundraising team leader to help raise money to support serving and former serving RAF personnel and their dependents. Get involved with collections, helping to count money and engaging with the public about the work of the association.
  •  Salters Hill charity is looking for volunteers to support adults with a learning disabilities on their new Onto Work project as they start paid or voluntary work placements. A volunteer is also needed to help develop digital resources for the same project.
  •  St Paul’s Homeless Services are looking for volunteers to support the rough sleeper outreach worker to visit and find people who are sleeping rough in the Ross-on-Wye and Hereford areas to provide them with support and assistance. The role involves an early start and a lot of walking!
  •  Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research are doing a bucket collection in Hereford city centre on Saturday, September 26 between 10am and 5pm and are looking for volunteers who can spare 2-4 hours to help.
