I AM writing to express my sincere gratitude to the staff at Hereford County Hospital.
On the evening of July 12 I sustained a dog bite, so I attended A&E. Following assessment I was sent to the clinical assessment unit, where I remained for just over 24 hours. The care was second to none.
On Monday evening I was moved to the day case unit to await surgery, and again the care was fantastic.
I was operated on on Tuesday morning and remained in the day case unit until late on Wednesday morning when I was sent home. My post-operative care was brilliant.
I would like to thank all doctors, nurses, the anaesthetist and operating theatre staff for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Thank you to each and every one of you – you are all great.
