IS it not possible for the council to have a joined-up approach to work currently being carried out on the A49 between Hereford and Leominster?
While the over-hanging tree branches and the long grass are being cut back and traffic management already in place to protect the workforce, would it not be a practical and cost-effective use of resources for the litter pickers to be deployed at the same time as part of the council’s twice-yearly contractual obligation?
