Bin there, done that...
WHEN the new Herefordshire bin collection system was introduced we were warned not to leave our bins on the pavement for collection.
Week after week I leave our bin within our boundary, and well out of the way of anyone who might be passing. Every Friday morning I find the emptied bin on the pavement and have to rush out as soon as I’m dressed so that I can bring it back in.
Have the people who do the collections not had the memo?
