So grateful to Hereford County Hospital
JUST before Christmas my husband spent a week in Hereford County Hospital where he received absolutely first class treatment again - he has been an in-patient there before.
The A&E staff were efficient, and all the staff on Monnow Ward were faultless - nothing was too much trouble, 100% caring and kind, not only to my husband but to me too.
He had no complaints about the food which he said was always served by very pleasant people, and he says that the cleaners were thorough and chatty too.
Perhaps things don't always go to plan but my husband and I are more than grateful to the NHS and certainly to Hereford County Hospital - I really can't thank them enough.
