WITH regard to Jesse Norman MP's View from Westminster, again the plight of constituents denied primary healthcare within Herefordshire is not addressed, nor the resident without any healthcare whatsoever.

David Cameron describes Offa's Dyke as a 'line between life and death' thanks to the 'national scandal' of the Welsh NHS. And yet he condemns residents in Herefordshire to using NHS Wales, because there is no alternative.

Jane Ellison MP, parliamentary under secretary of state for public health, states: "Where a person resident in England registers with a Welsh GP, that GP provides primary care under the Welsh system and Welsh NHS standards apply... Neither my department nor the NHS in England has powers over the NHS in Wales."

The director of commissioning, Herefordshire and Worcestershire, states: "The area team has a duty to ensure that every Herefordshire resident can access primary medical care within the county."

The resolution is simple, enforce the NHS Constitution England along with the duty to provide access to primary medical care for every resident in Herefordshire.

What steps is our MP taking to stop the discrimination against his constituents, and to ensure their rightful choice of access to primary medical care in England?
