Quest for Hereford scooter and Vespa clubs information
BACK in the 1950s and 1960s Hereford was home to the Hereford Vespa Club (Branch 65 of the Vespa Club of Britain) and Hereford Lambretta Club (the Cadgers).
They survived into the mid-1960s, but I’m keen to track down anyone who was a member of either club as I’m putting together a book on scooter life in Britain from 1950-75 and am looking for memories and photographs/memorabilia that anyone may have.
