POLICE are appealing to speak with the man in this image after a fake £20 note was used to buy goods from a shop.

At around 4pm on Monday, February 6, a man is understood to have used the counterfeit note at the Spar in The Homend, Ledbury.

The man then left the store.

A spokesman for West Mercia Police said: "Enquiries are currently ongoing but officers would like to speak to the man pictured as they believe he could have information, which could help with their investigation."

Anyone with any information about the incident can call police on 101, quoting incident number 487S of February 6 and OIC PC 2809 SMITH.
